Quick Damage 3 (after 2) is next on my priority list... but I don't want to be burned like I was with Quick Evacuation...

Can anyone confirm whether the 10% haste of QD3 stacks with your spell haste focus?

If it's material, I'm only using spell haste V at the moment.

Quick Evac stacks to, but you can only have 50% spell Haste on any spell.

Max Determinal Haste afaik is 43%

23 from Focus
10 from Quick Damage
10 From Devotion

This would drop Dawnstrike from 7.0 to appox 4.0

I'm thinking that QD3 is applied before the 50% haste cap. I may be wrong on this though. I remember doing some tests back after getting Anguish bp, but I was more worried about beneficial haste at that time. With anguish bp you can hit 48% or hit the cap if QD3 is actually considered part of the cap. But that is only 4 casts every 5 mins.
