I didn't consider Eqdruids.com competetion for this board so I figured I could ask here........I tried to log into Eqdruids.com for the first time in ages, it said account suspended and for me to email a bunch of folks. Is that website gone forever?
I used to bounce from the Grove to Eqdruids finding it helpful.......what's the deal with that website?

I thought at one time eqdruids was taken over by the name we do not speak of...

It was taken over by "Y&#^@S".............but it was up and running even while he ran it for a long time.

Go to that website, and then using the "way back" machine type in the old eqdruids address. It will show you a list of dates archived for eqdruids. It's not a complete archive of the site, not everything was saved but I think there is quit a bit there.

I too, used both that site and this one I think they served different purposes. I like the forum/boards here better but the articles there on druids is how I learned to play. I think the loss of that site is a big blow to new druids.

eqdruids.com the "website" may be down now that yantis is no longer pulling money off the peope there.

however the forums, which where and are the heart and soul of the site where never owned or controled by yantis.

they still exist, are still check out daily by many of us old schoolers.

I quit going to EQDruids when Spiritual sold the site to Yantis.

The EQ part of the forums is dead and has been for a long time. The only part that is still semi-alive is off-topic.

Eqdruids is what taught me how to fight Elysians. That was a great stepping stone for us Druids. Yes that website will be missed.
By the way.......is Yantis' business gone forever as well?

I quit regularly visiting that website when I was banned from posting because I made a sarcastic comment about how cool some guy was for smoking so much pot.

Spiritual/Naila showed their true character when one week they were pleading for (and recieving many) donations, and the next week they literally cashed out (QUITE nicely may I add) and sold their share.

Spiritual and Naila are two different people, and the donations that Spiritual recieved were for the up keep of the forum which is what they were used for, not for the site that Y@nti$ bought. Naila was the admin after Spiritual left.

I too miss the site. =(

EQdruids was okay, i always prefered TDG because the information was almost always more accurate. I do think the two sites worked well hand in hand in the discovery of epic 1.5.
