Any semi-reasonable (read non-raiding) beneficial haste items out there? I was thinking of DoN stuff, but hoping there might be an item to upgrade a slot that wasn't way out there.

23% Benni/DEtri haste augment from Longshadow 4 hard as cursor loot.

You can always get Goad of the Just (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=36279) from the DoN merchants (180 crystals).

Not very good stats but its 25% Benedicial Spell Haste (@lvl 67) & its very easy to get hold of.
