Hey, all.

I've been farting around in the original Everquest for the past day or so and there are a couple of things I cannot remember for the life of me.

1) How do we access our AA titles .. wasn't there a slash command?

2) Wasn't there a "hide helmet" command or is that still only viable from the Abysmal Sea?

Also,

Can any kind soul point me to decent gameplay overviews of Dragons of Norrath and Depths of Dark Hollow?

Shift T will bring up a window allowing you to select titles.

Click Alt-O look for the display tab and the "show my helm" <show my="" helm=""> button to hide your helm graphic.</show>

I'll give it a looksie!

Edit: Well I popped into the bazaar to look at equipment for my toons, but was surprised to see the same old same old.

Is most of the loot these days NO DROP or do folks just not use the bazaar like they used to?

DoD offers a lot of missions all with a loot or aug reward at the end plus a chest loot, while PoR is all about the chest loot. Some of the items are attuneable (tradeable until you equip) so you will see those in the bazaar but for the most part new loot seems to be the reward from a mission or from a quest. DoD loot (http://samanna.net/gen.info/prog.dod.shtml) + PoR Loot (http://samanna.net/gen.info/prog.por.shtml).

DoN has merchants similar to LDoN in the sense that you spend crystals that you earn per mission there. Both faction sides have their own merchants - EQUtilities (http://www.equtilities.com/) has a searchable database. These crystals are tradeable and you can find those in bazaar.
