What else can you do. Verant can take as long as they want. However I do think the 75% heal has been on test long enough. My thoughts are that possibly they just didn't look at it good enough or get enough feedback on test. Maybe the heal created too much aggro or the time to cast was too long. Personally the cast time should be lowered if we are to be efficient back-up healers to clerics. Get that 75% heal in before the cleric gets their 10sec CH in. Would work.
