Icefall Breath drops the AC Debuff, adds 3 to Cold Resist and Increases all Cold Damage to the target by 3%
Skin to Vines is unresistable, increases fire and slashing damage by 3%

Both of the above damage increases should stack with Epic. Skin to Vines does not stack with Feralize.

Direwood Guard lowers hate by 552

Second Life fires 25% of the time.

Ad Surge procs Vie 30% of the time - consisant across all ranks.

I have yet to find a mob that this spell will work on. anyone else having this problem? ive even tried going to wc and casting it on a lvl 10 bear...i know this is a living creature but still get the same message.

It has landed for me on all mobs that I have tried it except those that were already plants or were undead.

Didn't work for me.

Really hasn't worked for me on much, only thing I recall it working on was the goblins in the Nest missions. Everything else that I would consider being a "living creature" gets the message, Your target does not meet the requirements for this spell.
