I find that interesting too, makes me think it's groupable. It's about time tacvi level stuff was available, but since it's druid only it should have + avoidance mod!!! :confused:

Drops off named in Frostcrypt. Dont recall the named, I was dispatched to my bind seconds after looting it.

Lorekeeper Heimdul drops it, also can drop a nice melee aug.
