Greetings,
My druid is nearly 59 now and I am wondering where to go next. I have been Q-kiting various mobs in Natimbi, namely the restless souls which are light-blue con under the new color scheme intruduced with the arrival of the TSS expansion. Pretty soon the stuff in Natimbi will be green and too low to bother with so I am in need of some ideas for new places to go Q-kiting; any suggestions are helpful, thanks.

HoH basement was really nice. Can't remember what level I left there, but that was the end of my quadding days. Been root rotting ever since.

At level 59, the choices for quadding as a druid is slim IMO.

You could try Maiden's Eye in Luclin. There may be an old posting somewhere, I just did it once myself and found the exp to be poor. I went back to PoN solo or PoStorms grouping.

At level 62 you gain access to HOH - Halls of Honor. You can try quadding there but I don't think I was able to do it at 5k mana or so.

I started charming animals at lvl 55 and did so for quite a while to solo. The lvl 52 spell Call of Karana worked nicely for:
Nightstalkers in PoN are level 51.
Rats in PoDisease and hit the Tstian flies.

At level 63, I used Command of Tunare to charm the lorok frogs in PoStorms.

I root rotted guards in HoH at 62 and saved AA until I could buy DC for a young wyrlon to take him to basements. I know there are many that didn't like the DC AA, but it served me well for quite a while since I didn't level up to 70 ASAP.

Last quadding spot I can think of is at the Picnic table in Plane of Fire if you can get access. I am using a combo Clickie Orb of Swarming death with the Tempest Wind cold rain and can do a quad nicely at 7k mana.

As Greylocke said, Lot's of root rotting in later levels. Mobs just keep getting higher and higher HP totals. Unless you're well geared with Raid quality stuff, quadding might be a chore.

Just remembered. I quadded Gunthak Pirates and Swabbies in Timorous Deep from 55 to about 61 or so. They are on the Northeast most island, a long swim out, so SOE and stay above the water. The mobs will assist each other, but there is plenty of space to Kite four without getting adds. You can run thru and grab groups and then group snare them, make sure you resnare in middle of kite. You can use Harmony of Nature for single pulls, snare with ensnare and grab another.

Don't touch the Marauders, they are undercons, hit hard and summon.

Pre-resting, I'd bind out there, kite 4, port to POK, run to GH, med, and gate out to Tim Deep for another 4. It wasn't really about the downtime, it was a way to preserve my buffs between kites. Sometimes I'd stay out there and work on fishing.

Usually no one in the whole zone but me, which is wonderful for quad kiting.

Wow, I never knew about the Gunthak Pirates and Swabbies in Timorous Deep. I would have liked to try that quadding exp in my 50's!

As of June 2006, Timorous Deep is a hot zone albeit listed for lvl 30. Might be just the ticket for those in their 50's at this time!

Wow!
Thanks for all the tips! I will go ahead and try a bunch of this stuff and see how it goes. :-)
