I'm convinced something is terribly, terribly wrong with my charm. I am stuck at the 1 AC, 1 to all saves/stats, 1 atk, 23 hp/mana/end level. I have, however, turned in no fewer than twenty-two (22) artifacts. don't know for sure, but it could be from Merloc's boo-boo:
The augs weren't being retuned, or adjusted... It was just me accidently setting the HP/Mana/End to 0. I've restored those stats to the original state, and they'll go out with the next patch.

Nah, the charm isn't blank, it's just refusing to upgrade. The stats have vanished or been decreased. It just doesn't update the more artifacts I turn in. I've tried everything, even turning in old artifacts. I'm convinced this has to do with my putting the lodestone in my charm before letting it max out. My lodestone stopped updating at the same time.

The second link is busted, but that was the griffon tamer charm mentioned. It had 400 hp and dropped off something blue to 75. The serpent charm should be the same.

oops, I fixed the link. Chances are that it's one of the few bugs in the latest expansion. The stats you posted are pretty weak and I would expect it to be fixed in the next patch.

(of course, it's only wishful thinking at this point)

Even if it is definitely a bug, I'd like to have something to point the devs at to prove it's a bug. There's no proof that they're aware of it yet.

My charm is sitting at 94hp/mana and 5 to stats/resists now with 1 regen and FT 6ac and 6atk and I haven't noticed any rhyme or reason to why the charm updates but I have a feeling it involves collecting all the pieces from a certain zone again not certain but it would make sense

Xacine isn't the only one who drops the scale - I have seen several drop off random trash mobs.

The scale is a fairly common drop off trash on the spiral ramp down to Vergalid. A group can easily get 1 for everyone in one clearing.

I actually want Xacine for the 100 HP aug. There is almost zero information on him.

we got 2 scales just killing the 1st little grp of drakkin, down by where the named statue wanders.. not far from the click over at all
