There is a funny town in Guanajuato, filled with ex-Mayors from all of the other cities in the state. The reasons they live in this funny little town, albeit beautiful, is because they looted, stole or did other things during their administration that behooved them to relocated there. It was an open secret and a very interesting place to take in the horse races on Saturday, where one can expect to drink polque with hefes de hefes. So where better for Bush to go than Latin America for exile? I mean, besides the stunts his father pulled down there.

Hmmm, that's almost five times the size of the US Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay. Coincidence? I think not. My guess is that he's planning on starting his own personal detention center.

Hmmmm... the Nazis that fled to Paraguay are mostly dead or very long in the tooth. Maybe Bush got a good deal :)
