I have Everspring Slippers of the Tangled Briars (Blessing of Anguish Healing focus) but it works fully up to lvl 70 spells. Currently I use a mixture of older and new heal spells.
Would I be better served to do the quest for:

ps - I would be loosing HP's and Manna to replace my current legs - but would rather have the best healing focus over a few hp's/manna.
