Actually, getting screwed by the credit card companies has been happening for a long time and is nothing new. I missed a credit card payment by a few days and when I paid the bill I paid twice what I owed. At the end of the next month I had a credit on my account of 100 dollars. The credit card company still billed me for interest payments eventhough I had a credit....

There needs to be a law that gives states jurisdiction for all accounts with the billing address in that state.
