I was curious how I can go about setting up/starting up a new guild. From what I recall, is it 10 folks you need to start one? If so, can I make my 8 characters count for 8 of the 10?
Also...what is the process?

You don't need the old 10 people to form a guild anymore. Simply email in suggestions until you get one that is approved then petition to get it created.
