I've seen that one and yes, its a bit 1984ish.

The good thing is, we still recognize it as a joke and that it would be scary if true. When we don't anymore, I'm moving to the hills and joining those survivalists.

The first time Papa John's tells me I can't order a pizza because my insurance company says they won't allow it, I'm going to the woods in Oregon.

My family is building a cottage on the side of a mountain in Montana as I type.

It will have enough propane to generate electricity for five years, it has a fresh mountain stream running through the property, evidently elk abound, its difficult for helo's to get there and in the winter, driving the road up the mountain on anything but a snowmobile is near suicidal (and the snowmobile will, evidently, have you pissing yourself, at that).

The ATF will never take me!

I guess it's where the term "head for the hills" comes from.

I love you, man.

Be sure to get one of those Wii remotes for operating the gun turrets protecting your compound.

No way...those Wii remotes are dangerous...flying off the hand (http://www.gamespot.com/news/6162853.html)...le all the time, I hear.

Bah, you can fix that with your abundant supply of duct tape. However, another alternative might be to get some of those operated-over-the-internet guns and charge people via PayPal to protect your compound for you. Just be sure to mount the guns so they can't be turned inwards.

That's a hell of an idea....12.99 per month for a Massively Multiplayer Online "Shoot the ATF agents" game!
