Glad I have opted to not use or get a cell phone. And they already admit they can track you to within 3 feet.

But if your battery seems to be running out of juice far too early (despite what the phone's battery status display might claim), that might be an indication that your phone is being used to transmit behind your backAha! That's why my battery has been flaky lately. Big Brother is watching me. I bet that's why all the cell phones now have cameras on them, too.

That poses an interesting legal issue. Its settled case law that there is no expectation of privacy when speaking over a cell phone, thus greatly reducing the necessity of a warrant. However, it would be hard to argue that there is no expectation of privacy in simply carrying one's cell phone with them.
