Applicants should have decent gear (Anguish or better preferred) and must be able to raid daily from 6:00 PM CST to 10:00 PM CST (sometimes later.) A large pile of AA is also a plus.

You guys only raid 4 hours a night? This is 7 days right?

Yep, 4 hours, 7 nights a week. About once a week we run a little late or start a little early. There are random days off tossed in as well. We waste very little time during raids.

We typically raid M-F 5 and a half hours each day, 27.5 hours a week total, pretty close to your 28. We're only about halfway through Ashengate. The big difference I think is we seem to waste as much time as humanly possible.
