Well, yay, a small rant about God of War 2. So, I was hopeful after work, I work the night shift, that as soon as I got off from work I would go to pickup God of War 2, right when I got off. So, I waltz myself down to Wal Mart, as usual for a new release date, pick up Casino Royale which came out on Dvd at the same day, have the manager search all over the store for it, comes back with nothing, try again when the electronics department opens normally at 7 am. Fast Forward to noon, I pop in to check on it again, play the heck out of it before I go to work. And surprise surprise, the electronics people are talking about how it didn't show for the release day...... get back home, Eb Games had called me, by the way you can pick up your preorder(I had forgotten I had preordered it with some store credit on some turn ins about 6 months ago), you can pick it up after 630pm..... and if you don't pick it up today it gets sold tommorrow.

So I asked, ahh, so I can pick it up now right? They say no hasn't got here yet, after 630 when it arrives you can. So, Hurray botched locally release day for one of the most popular game titles of the year, my opinion anyways, and I get to drive 30 miles to pick up a copy, and hopefully not be sold out when I get there.... Hurray!
