And get it over with.

Even AFTER sentencing THEIR FDA head to death, this crap continues?

I know, I know, we already have a thread on this.

But this is new stuff.

We already have a "Chinese are poisoning us to make a quick buck" thread.

If you're concerned about this, vote with your wallet. If enough consumers refuse to buy tainted Chinese food, the importers will stop importing it, the Chinese will make less money, and then either they will be forced to get out of the market, or clean up their act.

By the way, if you want meat, the healthiest, most humane, and most environmentally responsible way to get it is to go out and hunt it (in a sustainable fashion).

Come bowhunting with me this season, Tuda.

You can bring a camera, only, if you like.

You can have half the meat if you like, or even donated to your local food locker.

I just picked up Fishing and Hunting Regs, I think this is the first year ever, that I have seen, where a fishing license is more expensive than a hunting one. Not including tags of course. Bah, 40 bucks to catch a fish. I remember when it was $15, and kids under 16 were free.

No scaring the game, though.

I'm a suck ass hunter, and that would not be fair. My hunting skills would sustain them to over population.

nm, this is a different topic, back to the original. Just relooked at the original, this post is not appropriate there.

I dunno, just pisses me off, that's all.

There's only one kind of animal I'd even consider hunting, and I doubt that'll be legal any time soon. <img src=http://lag9.com/biggrin.gif>

That animal is too easy to hunt.

Not sporting.

Deer have little Metro tubes all around the Wilderness, they just pop up and pop down, I have seen them do it. Every human in the Wilderness has tin cans tied to their feet.

We would not get anything but some pictures, and some fun.

I will already boycott Chinese products.

I want an embargo.

A governmentally sanctioned and enforced embargo.

We do it with Cuba, for far less reason. They are Commies?

We do it with Cuba, for far less reason. We're still holding a grudge against Castro from the missile thing in the 60s.I want an embargo. Why? If other people want to poison themselves, or don't care, let them.

Ya know,

Even as Anarco-Libertarian as I am...

Hell, I don't want the government to keep secret databases on us(which it does), I don't want warrantless searches(which it does), I don't want the government shooting a woman and baby in the head from 500 yards away without provocation(which it does)....etc etc etc.

But if government has any role at all, it is keeping people from putting radiator fluid in toothpaste to sweeten it, and selling it to people. Or putting it in off label cough syrup. And preventing people who grind up really bad Sauders computer desks and IKEA bookcases and feeding that to animals. Well, selling it to us for us to feed to our animals.

There are people at the FDA who do not want you to get the HSV, the HPV vaccine. Or emergency contraception. Or want you to have a face full of boils because they don't like Accutane.

But they will let THIS crap in?

We're still holding a grudge against Castro from the missile thing in the 60s.

I know that.

Stupid. You're not stupid, the embargo is stupid.

We don't embargo the Russians, and THEY were the ones who bought and built the missiles in the first place.

That'd be a dandy thing indeed... except one problem. There is no law to show country of origin on most things, so you've got no idea where things are coming from.

There is no law to show country of origin on most things, so you've got no idea where things are coming from.I buy my organically grown produce from local California farms, and I know exactly where they're coming from. I could show it to you on a map.
