Love my DMoT. I've had it for years and it's served me well. It's won me many duels and quite a few other fights as well. I'm not a big fan of the 80% proc rate on it tho, and I know that something like the voodoo wand will proc at the normal rate. Is that pretty much my best bet, or is there something with a better proc than theft of thought?

I have a voodoo wand, when i use it i like to have our mammoth str buff on me for if i'm not mistaken it helps with the proc rate? I don't have the numbers to give you a specific percentage on the proc rate but it does proc often enough to be fun and useful. I mainly use it in a duo situation or a group!

Mammoth strength is just a % dmg mod. I do not think it has any effect on the proc rate of weapons.

Enchanter spell Speed of Ellowind has a proc mod on it, though :-).

I believe Crystal Web Mace from "Spies like them" (HM) is your best bet for a weapon with this proc
