Humming Finsternacht Rune are the turn in runes for Rank III level 76 Spells. Order is as follows:

1: Torrid Sunray Rank III

Whirring Clockwork Rune are the turn in runes for Rank III Level 77 and 78 Spells. Order is as follows:

1: Puravida Rank III
2: Sharp Eyes Rank III
3: Reaping Inferno Rank III
4. Chillvapor Breath Rank III
5. Viridifloral Bulwark Rank III
6. Ironwood Skin Rank III
7. Forbear Corruption Rank III (Note you progress to 78 spells here)
8. Skin to Mulch Rank III
9. Horde of Fireants Rank III
10. Viridithorn Coat Rank III

Yes.

If a spell has a vendor sold rk. I and a global drop rk. II then the rk. III comes from one of the runes listed above.

If a spell has a dropped rk. I and a faction based rk. II then the rk. III comes from the suppliers as you mentioned. These spells can not be obtained by a rune turn-in.

Just got SOTF RKIII and Scales of the Reptile III from elite vendor in Loping Plains from doing faction quests

Preincarnation rKIII from elite vendor in Dragonscale Hills from Elite Vendor in Tower you get from doing faction quests

Seems this thread is missing any indication of Glowing runes beyond Group Skin.
ask, Bloom, Swell, Hoar ... I assume Rk3 of all four come from Glowing runes, eh ?

Unless they retroactively added us onto that spell, i havent seen any word that we got regen since this expansion prior to the pop era

So far Talisman of the Stalwart seems to have been overlooked. We were added to Spirit of the Stalwart, though.
