Hey all, someone showed this to me a while back (I'm pretty sure it was from the Grove too) and I haven't seen it around in a bit so I thought I'd share again because it's a good tip.
If you're tired of having to go through 10+ pages to read all the replies on a subject, try bumping up the number of replies per page - unless you're on dial up, it makes things a lot easier to read (and less clicking is always a good thing).
To do this, from any EZBoard (make sure you're logged in) go to My Control Center -> Account Preferences. You should see an option called "Number of Replies Per Page".

I think by default it's set to 10. If you're on a high speed connection, I'd recommend 50 or so - if you're on dial up and things are slow already, you might want to keep it at the default setting. Otherwise, if you're dial up is consistent and it doesn't take very long to load TDG, you should be ok at 20 or even 30.
For me at 50 posts per page a lot of the high-traffic threads (like the new ideas thread) is only 6 pages. Most threads don't go past the first page.
