can anyone tell me if our AA storm strike is focused by the 35% magic damage on the scratched hide helm?

No it is not, however +spell damage does effect it and reaping inferno after effect works on it as well i believe

ya i have max spell dmg crits so I know that works. dont see why the magic focus wouldnt work since its a magic spell. Oh well. . . .thanks for the response.
