Hi,

I've never been much good with melee toons. Would someone be kind enough to explain how the AC soft cap works, and applies in the case of druids? Is there a certain number I should know about where the effectiveness of our AC total is greatly reduced?

I have something like 12 CA / 8 CS, 3 shield block and a bunch of avoidance and shielding on my gear. Dodge 3. About 2200 AC unbuffed. Thankfully, the Defense skill cap went up (have 60 pts or so to go). I'm still getting pummeled by mobs that shouldn't pose much of a threat. Light blue minotaurs in DSH, I'm lookin' at you...
