I have found a great website that lists all the new zone collection quests, details new zone progression which unlocks sellable gear around the 400+ hp/mana range from zeb, most of the faction vendors and what they have for sale at what faction levels, and more.

For Progression, look under the void tab in the top left corner, it also tells what zeb has for sale at the different levels of the void. You can then click the progression link under each zone tab on the left hand margin to get information on progression for each particular time theme.

For collection quests, click the appropriate tab on the left, these include a solo'able 32 ac, 75 hp/mana, 10 all saves aug and a 20 ac, 140 hp/mana aug that i dont know if its solo'able, among others.

For the faction merchants in the different zones, click on the zone tabs and click the faction tabs.

After beating the Temple of Bertoxxulous (Queen Malarian) and Blackburrow raids in the same night, I got two rk3s unlocked :
- Spell: Frondspur Rk. III (310 chronobines)
- Spell: Winter's Flare Rk. III (350 chronobines).

I guess Frondspur is for beating ToB and Winter's Flare for beating BB.

I can confirm that: Stop the Ascension (Blackburrow) unlocks Winter's Flare Rk III--even with no other progression. And Queen Malarian (Temple of Bertoxxulous) unlocks Frondspur Rk III, again even with no other progression.

After beating the Library and Kurn raids (Field of Scale theme) in the same night, I got two rk3s unlocked :
- Spell: Survival of the Felicitous Rk. III (350 chronobines)
- Spell: Carapace of the Reptile Rk. III (370 chronobines).

I guess Survival is for beating Library and Carapace for beating Kurn.

Edit : next night, we beat the last raid in Field of Scale, this gave :
- Spell: Nature's Searing Wraith Rk. III (390 chronobines)
