I solo most of the time, so I don't exactly know what the difference with these two spells are. If I already have Crescentbloom Rk II, should I spend 2k for SotF Rk II? Could someone explain this to me?

Thanks in advance!

Crescentbloom rk2 is a 4.5 sec cast regular group heal with a base heal of 4149 hp

Soft rk2 is a 1 sec cast emergency group heal - game description is:
<TABLE class=spellview cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%"><TBODY><TR><TD align=middle><TABLE class=spellview width="95%"><TBODY><TR><TD class=spelldata width="80%">Gives your companions the will to survive despite overwhelming odds, rescuing group members that are in danger of death with a large heal. The lower the health of your companions, the more they will benefit from the heal.

Level 83 upgrade:

SoTF is great during raids. The fast cast time allows you to remain focused...not that us druids lose focus ever...honest. I have used SoTF mainly during raids where I am main healer in the rogue or wizard groups and think it is an awesome spell. I am waiting for lvl 83 to see if the upgrade is just as good.

Survival is expensive as all hell, but so very worth it.

thsi spell rocks use it on line with group heals and 90% of the time ya never will have a death in yoru group on raids just got to get the timign down for ya get max benafit of it i use it when a player in my group is 25% HP and lower its fast heal so it will save them allmost all th time.

works good on grous alls o if yoru main healer and its gettign crazzy.
