Anyone have any information on the Shak Dathor Warlord? Such as if he has PH's or on a timer? and what would PH's be? or spawn time? spawn location? Thanks in advance.

Random spawn from any shak dathor in UP

any idea on spawn chances ect?

Was in UP a week or so ago and had this guy pop twice in less than thirty minutes. We were only there a couple hours and just killing random passer by mobs and Elysians so can't say if this was normal or not.
