Looking for info on the spawn time, can anyone help me out?

i.e. - when does it pop after server reset, and spawn timer after that?

It used to be 11 hours, but it would skip once in a while. Just before I quit playing, I heard some guildmates say Sony had fixed the skipping problem, but I'm not sure if it's still 11 hours or not.

11.5 give or take a half hour.

11h20, + / - 20 min, but almost all exactly 11H20.

Have you folks verified this since last patch?

Camped Lodi yesterday morning for the first time. He was killed around 9:30PM on Wed night and spawned again around 11:00AM Thursday. So 13 1/2 hours was spawn time for me.
