My friend and I have started playing on Sullon Zek about 1 month ago. We are now both Lvl 21 and were wondering where we can go to lvl from here. We are both Wood Elf Druids ( Good ) and are currently in PC. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'd recommend staying in Paludal until 24 (Bandits) because it's simply the fastest exp in the game. Once you hit 24 you have many options. I'd suggest South Karana (Aviaks or Gnoll Spires) or Dawnshroud (Lightcrawlers and Small Zelniaks) for starters. Also, be sure to check out Aidon's guide on the Druids Grove website. It's got a lot of suggestions.

If you stick together, you should be able to avoid being ganked too often. It's been a few months since I played on SZ, so the control of some zones may be a little different. That having been said, PC is so crowded, you may find its wonderful XP isn't so great when you're doing a CR every hour. This also applies to the gnolls in South Karana, the dwarven women in Butcherblock, and all of Kunark. So, I'd recommend staying far away from any druid ring, wizard spires, or PoK book. Find a secluded zone, bind there, and port out to sell and train.

As for hunting zones, Marus Seru would probably be good. I think most of the moon is safe for the good team, so Dawnshroud might be a good place for you to move into after MS. Unrest was always popular for the good team, and I'm sure Mistmoore is empty as well. When you approach your 30s, you might be able to get by in the Eastern Wastes of Velious - the zone is so huge its not too hard to avoid PKers.

While not many evils or newts xp in DSP, a lot run through it....

Mistmore is good up to mid 30's. Also possible Hollowshade Moor, and Tenebrous Mountains. Druids quadding wolves in TM is about the best xp to get you up to 50's once you have the mana.
