I have not been playing for approximately a year now and I was wondering the best place to lvl and get some good loot for a lvl 49 Druid?

At 49 either root-dotting or quad kiting wyverns in CS (depending on mana pool) is good xp, and loot is decent. Can get quest gems that sell for 200pp in bazaar, and cash gems that are 50pp each to vendor.

Which are the quest gems that sell well in the bazaar? I usually just sell all mine to vendors. /bonk Robart

I kinda hated it... but DL is good then too. CS is MUCH better mind you, but if there are a few quadders up there, your out of luck. So then hop over to DL (around KC) and you will find a ton of blues. Boring... No cash... but consistent.

BTW, always bind at KC entrence and you will make more porting to the nexus then in loot. Oh yeah! Right side in KC is great (you have to zone from others trains... but not a big deal... you will make it up in xp)..

If you're looking only for loot, you might want to try sniping named mobs in a place like Hollowshade. A few of them drop twink items (Owlbear Claw Earring, etc.) that sell for a couple hundred pp in the bazaar.

If you're after loot WHILE you xp, then CS is a good option. Burning Woods, DL and Jaggedpine are all good zones for xp at 49 also.

CS is UBER-camped. If you want fast exp go to the Spirocs in Tim. Deep. There are enough fast spawns there to keep a few people quadding at once. The spirocs too me all the way in 52.

Spirocs in TD are imho good XP. Made 50 and 51 there. But the loot is..um..not the best.
Burning Wood has many mobs to kill. CS is much overcamped.
If you have LoY try Dulak. You can root/dot there. Nice Gem drops (got blue diamonds and such) off not so hard mobs.
