Well the Gloves of Earthcrafting quest is a possibility since you're a Tunare Druid. I think there are several threads here about that.

As for gear, apart from Skyshrine or Kael upgrades you'd see your biggest improvements from Elysian Legs or Tunic at this point. It's not really questing per se, but it involves camping a very repetitive spawn if that makes you feel any better ;)

About how long does it take to complete the quest? By looking at it I'm guessing I could do it duo with another druid in my guild. I would imagine we could get all the heads of the dudes in WL except the one guy that's in Kael.

Kromrif Military Leggings is a minor upgrade and you can inturn sell your pants. Just a hint.
