Newly keyed to BoT, I haven't had the opportunity to group in there yet - any mobs that don't summon that are reachable from entrance?

I doubt it, but you never know )

Casters (geistig, stav, heilig, vill) and elementals near IZ don't summon. I believe only tyv and miltis summon, of those mobs near the IZ. Nameds and krigers also summon, but they're not too close to IZ.

...but don't let that stop you from trying to solo a summoner. It's a good challenge.

Use the -240atk debuff stack (RFS, Fix, Illumination, Hand) and you should do fairly well against summoners. The go from 600 hitters to gimpy 300 hitters.

Snare, root, debuff, then fast nuke and fast heals. Viscid roots helps too :)
