Does IH4 affect our cheal? I realize it won't affect cleric cheal but was curious if it affected druid cheal since it's a large percentage, not a true cheal. Since most raids I use NI for splash heals it would be very handy but wondering if it could impact when I am an xp group healer and more likely to use Cheal.
