Does anyone know what mobs/zones these are available from?

I've been told that at least one component for this spell only drops in Vex Thall. Leave it to SOE to make the spell researchable, and make the researchable version even harder to get than the original!

Words of Apparition has dropped in Kael from Protectors and Clerics of Zek.
