Hoping you can give me some advice.

I am a level 52 druid and I have been using my Breath of Ro spell and never before in my druidic life have I fizzled so much on one spell. My Evocation is maxed at 235 but I specialised in Alteration.

Will this fizzling improve as I level? Or is it time for me to look at my specialisation? I am a grouping druid 95% of the time.

I suspect there were covert subtle increases in fizzle rates mixed in with the past several patches to help motivate people to purchase certain AA abilities.. I've noticed a lot more fizzles recently on spells that I rarely ever fizzled in the past.. the fizzling is too constant to attribute to just bad luck.. something is definately different..

Breath of Ro is set to have a fizzle rate of 25.
It will fizzle less as you level.

I certainly hope so and thank you for your answer. It is definately the worst I have encountered thus far!

Breath of Ro, while a great spell, does have an annoying fizzle rate. With a specialization in evocation as well as SCM 2, I still fizzle on it more than most of my spells. I guess its a tradeoff for the debuff/dot combination.

I call it Fizzle of Ro myself. I don't even use that spell normally because it fizzles so much (yeah I'm specced in Alteration).

Yes, this spell is annoyingly fizzleprone, but you will grow out of it. Now, let's talk about Div skill and foliage shield..GRR

You think THAT fizzles, try casting circles. Both summer and winter draw comments like "lol n00b" etc from my guild when we are in HoT. I will typically fizzle 3-5 five times before a successful cast of either of these spells.

Seems a pointless pain in the @#%$ for these spells to behave that way as they are never really cast in time critical situations - it just means they end up costing more mana.

I speced Evo, and while I don't really have too much trouble with Breath of Ro, watching me cast Spirit of Eagle on people is nothing short of embarrassing. :)

At 53, Breath of Ro fizzles at an alarming rate. No way can I count on it, it's just a backup to WD. I always assume it's going to fizzle once or twice and am shocked when it goes off on the first cast. By far the worst for me...

When does it start fizzling less? At 57, I find it still fizzling nearly as much as it did back when I got it :(

I do think the fizzling rate has been tinkered with lately. Seems over the past few patches, my fizzles have increased. I fizzled 5 times in a row the other day casting Spirit of Eagle! I'm just glad I'm not the only one that has noticed an increase in fizzle rates.
