I used Hand of Ro almost all the time. That was the first spell I got and already felt in love with it. I don't even need to cast RFS before casting Hand of Ro because it is never resist or at least haven't for me yet. The agro from this buff is not huge too and I have no problem nuking after debuff and continue nuking mob.
For the test, I used it on one of the PoD's raid in the castle. We had some lower level member around 48 tag along. After casting this spell, they can actually land their spell very well even the mob is alot higher than them. They said they are landing full-damage without any problem once debuff is landed.
In grouping/duo/trio, I used it so melee can actually see the difference damage output and they love it or at least the ranger notice the difference once I casted.
So is Ro's Illimination another useless spell. I haven't really use it because it is pointless to begin with.
