Tarsos Fis'Zaaksen a rare spawn in the Crypt of Nadox has something I want. Does anyone know what his PH are and where they are located in the zone?

He is a very rare spawn, that has a chance to pop at random at the death of the normal mobs in the ambassador room. Evidently not any specific one, he popped for me from a wretched servant, and for someone else supposedly from a chosen there.
