the casters in my guild are torn on the usefulness of brilliance of ro. Unfortunately I do tnot have a brilliance of ro item to test with. has anyone done specific testing to see how useful it is, i.e. do three quad kites on resistant mobs like Valorian guardians without brilliance, count the full and partials, do the same with brilliance, count the full and partials?
