Been a reader for a long time...have a quick question for my favorite druid people!

Does Lunar Whispers stack with our Mask of the Stalker Mana regen buff? How about our other mana regen buffs (potg, bo9 or form of hunter?)

They all stack, since I can have all three of the spell icons up (LW, mask spell, pot9). That's 14 mana regen right there if you have mask of the forest.

Is Lunar Whispers part of the FT15 cap?

No, since it's a castable buff. Only effects that grant extra mana regen automatically when worn count towards the FT cap, such as Blessing of Vah Kerrath and Al'Kabor's Expansive Mind.

LW stacks with all of the clarity spells, PoT(G/N/9) and Mask of Stalker/Hunter/Forest and with bard songs.

I don't think it stacks with Kodiac's Heightened Focus, and I'm not sure about the Wizard Epic.
