Velious armor, crafted by high level tailors. The belt is especially nice (AC 8, wis 8, sta 5, mana 5, CR 4), as it is better than the Dweomervine Garland (AC 5, wis 8) from Fear. The price of the belt varies by server, but expect to pay in the range of 12K to 15K pp. Alternatively, see if high level tailors will make attempts for you if you provide the components. As this armor is not trivial at 250 tailoring, expect 20 to 30 attempts before seeing a successful combine.

The components required to make this armor are:

1. Appropriate pattern

2. Cobalt Drake Hide (drop from drakes in CS and SS)

3. Drake egg oil (made from 1 water + 1 drake egg; the latter drops from drakes in SS, and can also be foraged there as a rare item)

4. Velium bonings (made from 1 coldain temper + 1 small brick of velium; the tempers are purchased in Thurgadin for 26+ pp, and the bricks are drops from mobs in various places, including orc miners in Crystal Caverns, and spiders and statues in Velk's Labyrinth).

Each attempt requires a pattern, 1 hide, 1 drake egg oil, and 1 to 4 bonings.
