Sea Dragon Meat (drop off Kelorek'Dar, the sea dragon in CS, or Faydedar in OT)
2 Saltwater Seaweed (fished up in OOT) - unstacked
2 Fish Eggs (create in tackle box by combining skinning knife and Thunder Salmon, fished up in the Karanas) - these need to be stacked
