The solo experience nerf with the last patch was only applied to PoP ZEMs, correct? LoY, SoL, SoV, RoK and "Old World" zones were unaffected?

I believe that is correct. They just brought the PoP zems a bit farther down than before.

Old World zones were buffed, by haveing light blues -> blues. So not uneffected, but not nerfed.

I didn't think the mobs were changed, it was just the range of levels where a 61+ could get exp's.

Old world zones weren't "buffed." The mob levels are the same, and no change was made to ZEMs in old world zones.

The lower end of the dark-blue con window was pushed down a few levels, but that applies across the board in all zones.
