Apparently, not anymore. The recent changes to Plane of Mischief have not only moved the location of the zone in, added some new NPC's, but also gave Bristlebane some muscle.

Reports from several Grovers indicate that the new and improved Bristlebane is nothing to laugh at. Apparently, he procs a hefty aggro reducer (http://lucy.fnord.net/spell.html?id=4131&source=Live) and casts an AoE halfling illusion spell called Mischievous Mayhem (http://lucy.fnord.net/spell.html?id=4130&source=Live). By the way, druids can charm in PoM still using Command of Tunare.
