ok i just had this arguement with my guild while clearing VT, i argued that effect on items such as aten neck, the vah kerrith tali, (8 mana/tick and others) stacks with FT 15 to give FT 23, some agreed and some said max worn mana/tick is 15 no matter if its FT or not. Anyone konw for SURE which it is? thx

15 is the max cap......so you wont get 23 youll get 15. Only way to improve it would be AAs and using emp shawl spell.

Don't think of it as an "FT cap", think of it as a "worn mana regen effect" limit (of 15), similar to the "worn hp regen effect" cap of 30.

And worn attack cap of 250 (which procced avatar counts towards)

Aten neck is FT. I also thought it stacked with FT until I got it. But since it is worn and not an icon buff it counts towards the FT cap.

Right, because it's not an "FT cap" but a "worn mana regen" cap.

hrmm ok thank you all for clearing it up, guess i wont bid on aten neck as i already have FT out the other end.

Like others already sayd the max cap for mana regen from items is 15. It dosent matter if its called FT or not, any worn mana regen counts towards this cap.

Only way to get higher mana regen as a druid is getting mental clarity AA skill, or by obtaning one of the few items whit right click mana regen.

I can highly recommend the Aten neck actually. Its one of two drops from Vex Thal I have yet to see a replacement for in the Plane of Time.

Further, as you progress it will leave plenty of room for upgrades in other gear that don't tie you to high FT gear that you can't upgrade out of without losing FT.
