My boyfriend bought me the Everquest book with maps for Christmas...I barely cracked it...

Maybe you should rephrase your question and ask them why. I have toyed around with the idea of writing some short stories for EverQuest and publishing them on my friends website. There's a huge backstory for my rogue that did see some stories posted on the Order of Antondwer EZBoard for the Vazaelle server many, many moons ago.

I'd probably buy a couple of them if novels were published and if the authors were good, keep reading any novels put out by those authors. Gotta have something to read during all that time I'm LFG as a rogue and I can't solo.

Depends on the storyline and development. Romances would make me gag...

I read a lot as it is. Would be fun to see if they could hold my intrest.
