I hope that Sony has two filters, one to turn on/off cons on others PC & NPC and one to turn off the con on yourself.

While it may be useful to someone else for the rare time you mez or snare (etc) yourself I have no desire to run around with a white circle around me, while the circle on other PC's and NPC I believe will be useful.

It's just a target marker. Hit Esc if you don't want to run around with a lifesaver wrapped around your ankles :)

I thought it looked like a flashlight beam. :) I felt like a star being in the spots all night long, I kind of loved it. Actually, I don't ever look at myself since staring at my own cleavage isn't something that thrills me like I know a lot of you she-males do... /chuckle
So I'd never know that I even had myself targetted unless I go into 3rd person view.
