You do not need to ask me twice in 1 play session if I want to pre-order LDoN. Thank you very much. It's like telemarketers and pop up adds rolled into one.

Ugh, can't agree more. I don't need to be reminded to pre-order LDoN every freaking time I log on. I know LDoN is coming out. Maybe I'll get it, but I sure as hell am not going to order an expansion we have been told so little about. It's so annoying everytime I crash to desktop or log in having to do so many different things to log in.

It was extremely annoying when they were doing this with LoY (and the serverwide GM advertisements). You'd figure the amount of people that complained about that would've told Sony something. Evidentally their new marketing strategy is "spam them into submission!"

They really need to put a button in the center that says "Never ask me again", because it truely is annoying to get these stupid screens all the time.

As has been mentioned, they put the preorder button where you normally click a yes, and I did preorder it by accident. But, I promptly went to station and cancelled the pre-order. I probably will get it, but I don't need the thing bugging up my system and its generally really annoying the way they are marketing it. Something more subtle would put me in a better mood about it.

The one really big Bass i cought managed to wiggle enough to poke me with its dorsal fin spikes... Damage sheild!!!!

Honestly, if you aren't getting the pre-order message, you should probably check to make sure you didn't inadverntantly order it like so many others have.

Okey, got tired of the pre-order screen, so I had a look through the configs and came over a gem in eqclient.ini .

Change the following lines to this and it won't show the preorder screen every time you log on.

LDoNPreorderFirstView=9999999999
LDoNPreorderLastView=9999999999
