Is this an effect on some wpn clicky or what not... does anybody know?

Well, typically it would list items with this effect... but it doesn't sound like it's active yet. New gear, perhaps... or new AA. /shrug.

Probably a new ranger aa to give them a pet booboo....

If rangers get Booboo, then I want a summoned pet equal to that of the shamans... Hell, I want that anyway :)
