I have only been back in Norrath for a couple months now. I quit about 8 months ago and gave my account to a friend. So I had to start over from Lv 1.

Well, I am almost back to Lv 60 ( 57 and counting ) and I know that they removed the restrictions on a lot of Planes and made them available to all ( No Flag Needed ).

I know that Plane of Storms and Valor are now open. I tried to zone into Bastion of Thunder and was unable. Was it because I was too low level or do you still need to get flagged for BoT ?

Can someone toss me a list of Planes that are now accessable without a flag? Please. :)

storms, valor, torment and crypt of decay are open to 55+, halls of honor and bot are open to 62+

Planes of Power has provided us with valuable insight into the group and guild dynamics that are involved in large scale games. The way that we had expected guilds to advance through the story of Planes of Power has become a roadblock for some guilds, and some members have fallen behind and found it difficult to catch up. tactics is still a flagged zone, you need the flag for it

I thought they might be refering to PoNb but I never tried to zone in with anyone who was 55 and not flagged, My mage just hit 55 I will see if it works.

Still need the flag for PoNB, even at 65.

Still need flag from MB for Tactics. As mentioned above nightmare was always open to all. PoNB still needs a flag from the hedge quest

The quest for entrance into tactics is still available.

These don't help with planar progression though mind you. :)
