I thought this was pretty neat...but then, I like numbers, and I know many people don't. :P
If you load up a magelo profile, the url looks something like:
http://www.magelo.com/eq_view_profile.html?num=999999
Try sticking "&debug=true" on the end of the url:
http://www.magelo.com/eq_view_profile.html?num=999999&debug=true
It'll make an extra box appear with detailed info on how stats were calculated, including a breakdown of avoidance and mitigation AC.
According to magelo, it looks like AC from items is strictly mitigation AC, and AC from agility is strictly avoidance AC. At least for druids, item AC seems to add 1.33 times the displayed AC to mitigation AC. Avoidance AC comes from a lookup table. For druids an agi of 95 gives 398 avoidance AC, while 148 gives 408 avoidance AC. My base mitigation AC is 66, though it might be level dependent as well as class dependent.
