If you're looking for specific advice on AAs, spells, equipment, mobs, zones, techniques, quests, etc., check out the specialized sub-boards. If you don't see something covering your question in the first page or two, feel free to ask. There are no stupid questions (unless, of course, the answer is in a thread 3 or 4 threads below yours....:)

If it's older material or questions, you might find your answers in the archive.

We're not big on censorship as we expect everyone to act like reasonable adults, but vociferous debates have erupted here. That's fine, since we presume that those who participate have the thick skins to match, but if you do, keep your posts focused on the topic and refrain from personal attacks.

I have been playing EQ for 2 years, my Druid my very first character and my only one for a year. I hit level 52 and massive frustration, shelved Giladena then worked on a slew of alts. SK, Necro, Chanter, Rogue. Decided my main would be my SK but I always come back to that druid to goof off. Well, happy to report that she is re-energized and somewhere I found the thrill for her again and Ding! Level 60 yesterday, a big day on the mark of time and almost level 61 already. Her on hold epic is already past VSR, easy camp for me which was luck of the draw. I just love her again, just love her. :band:

I can't believe I have never found this board again but am scouring it as I write. My interests right now are the PoP tier system and understanding it. I raided the PoI factory key on Saturday and won the roll on the Innovators Ring, woo hoo!

PoV is my favorite at the time, levels 58 and 59 cleaned up there in record time. Anyway.. I am off to search this site for a understanding of flagging.. it is Yen to me :)

Welcome Aariaa. Being a slow leveler is not a bad thing. In fact I consider it to be a terrific way to play the game. The joy comes from the journey... not reaching the destination. Take the scenic route and enjoy the game the way you want to play it :)

Greetings, I am Eithne Wolfeyes, a Druid of Tunare of 58 seasons. I play on the server Terris Thule. I have been playing for four years and I still love this game. I am one who plays to enjoy, not to see how fast I can get to 65. I am a loner who travels the ways of Norrath, but there are times that my friends and guild mates call for me, and I join them in some adventures.

I am a bit disappointed at the way the Druid class has been nerfed. We once were sought out for our healing and porting expertise and now, we are looked down upon. PoK took our porting away from us, which was a good way for a Druid to make some pp. And most groups now want Clerics for their healers.
This is why I keep to myself quite a bit. I got tired of trying to get in a group, and if I did get in a group, I got tired of hearing snide remarks about Druids.

I have other toons that I play, that has helped to keep the game fun. So I will be staying with this game until it is no longer fun. But I have a feeling that will be a long, long time to come

Greetings all, just registered and wanted to say hi...i havent gotten to play EQ for 3 months now as I am deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and this board is the only access I have had to the world of Norrath =). I get home next Friday WOOT!
But a little about me. My main is a 65 DE necro with 290 aa ( yes i know i will prolly get whapped in the head with a scimitar trailing green leaves but hold on!) as well as playing a 65 human druid with the same amount of aas and both are time flagged. Those are the two toons I play the most but i also have a 52 cleric and a 52 bst.. but the other two are my favorite. I have been playing EQ since beta...but switched to the Tallon Zek server for PvP after a friend of mine came back.Ummmm other than that i dont have too much more to say but thanks for having such a good site with info that even helped me out with some of my questions=)

Good luck to you all, and goodbye.You have to remember that the mods in the chatroom are rarely if ever actually affiliated with TDG and even in those rare cases that they are, have very minimal power due to the way Sony has chat set up.

The boards here are much more friendly(although unkempt can get a little crazy sometimes) and we actually don't mind if you only came here to find out about your epic. Sharing information and helping other druids has been the TDG philosophy since I long before got here back in 2000.

Hopefully you will change your mind. There is an AMAZING amount of knowlege and information in regards to the druid class here.

Yeah we basically have no control over that channel and have no real sort of official affiliation to it, because SOE's policies regarding chat channels, moderation, and control are basically nonexistant, and GM's wont/cant help. Hope you'll give the website a chance, we're all about trying to share information (among other things.)

I don't really post much on any game forums, but do read most of the sites fairly regularly. There's many friendly and helpful people on this board and have gotten much valuable information from this site in particular.

Just wanted to post a thanks to all the people here who have done alot of the work and posted so that others may also enjoy the fruits of thier labors.

Been reading alot more lately with the release of OoW and the new epics. I'm always amazed at how dedicated the druid class is. Even when Sony never seems to give us anything they simply can't keep a good druid down. LOL

My name is Beffas Bonderhill-I've lurked for quite awhile...

I've run the Disturbed Remains Guild on 7th Hammer for several years. I've primarily dropped to weekend playing time but have a terrific staff of officers and an Asst Leader that is da bomb (and also my wife).

We're trying to get more raiding going in coordination with some other guilds but remain primarily a family guild.

Well, I switched to Morden Rasp soon after I posted this. I'm now a lvl 60 druid on Povar and now that I'm beyond the 50s loving my druid again. :)

My in game name is Woodelfous. I'm the original owner of the account and I’m from the Saryrn server. I have been playing EQ for about 5 years, and been playing a druid for about 4.8 of those years.

I'm a lvl 70 Druid with 964 aa's currently and 252 days played.

I have played every class EQ has to offer and Druid is by far my favorite class to play.

Out of the research I have done this is by far the best site for accurate and easily accessible information on druid spells/aa's/quests.

I take pride in pushing the druid class to its limits and I loathe quad kiting.

I'm looking forward to reading up more on what other methods are used by my fellow druids.

Hi, I'm Nearglaan. I've been here quite a while but have never introduced myself. I have 2 Druids, Nearglaan who just dinged 41 and Pekelous who just dinged 54, both on Stromm. I really enjoy playing my Druids, though I rarely play them together. I duo Pekelous with my 60 Pally, and Nearglaan lately with my 54 Warrior. I like both of those duos very much. A lot of versatility with them, though with the Pally the the extra healing is useful and the rez. :)
